Accounting & Tax Staff
About This Role
This position is responsible for recording the company's financial transactions, including Purchases (AP), Sales (AR), as well as preparing and posting routine accounting journals. In addition, this position ensures that accounting and taxation documents are filed neatly and supports the administrative and operational needs of the finance team.
Scope of Work
Record Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions based on valid and complete supporting documents.
Prepare and post routine accounting journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and monitor the company’s fixed assets, including depreciation calculations.
Input, review, and ensure data completeness using Microsoft Excel and the Coretax application to support periodic and annual tax reporting (PPH 21, 23, PPH Final Pasal 4 ayat (2), PPH 26, dan PPN).
Manage and archive accounting and tax documents in an organized, systematic, and easily traceable manner.
Provide support for other administrative and financial operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualification
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Tax.
Familiar with the Coretax application.
Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation, including PPH 21, 23, PPH Final Pasal 4 ayat (2), PPH 26, dan PPN
Strong knowledge of accounting journal entries and transaction recording processes.
Good understanding of financial reports, including General Journal, General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Statement.
Have Tax Brevet A and B certification is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (IF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized in document administration.
